IIM Kozhikode
The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode or IIMK) is an autonomous public business school located in Calicut (now called Kozhikode), Kerala. The IIMK, fifth IIM in the country was established in 1996 by the Government of India in collaboration with the State Government of Kerala. The IIM Kozhikode conducts whole range of academic activities in the field of business management education those cover research, teaching, and training, consulting and intellectual infrastructure development.
The IIMK main campus is located over 111 acres of land in Kunnamangalam which is a sub-urban area of Kozhikode city. Besides classrooms, the campus also has residential facilities for students, faculty and visitors. The campus houses 17 hostels to accommodate around 900 students. IIM Kozhikode started a satellite campus in Kochi in June 2012 which is based in Athulya Complex at Info Park in Kochi.

Executive Management Education Programme (EMEP)
In the year 2001, IIMK conceived a new model of management education for working executives. Executive Management Education Programme (EMEP) marked the beginning of IIMK's Executive Education activities and IIMK pioneered management education through a synchronous interactive learning mode (IL) in the Asia Pacific region. Participants have the flexibility to choose the class room centers based on their city of residence /work.
Doctoral Programme
The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a full time, residential, fully financially supported doctoral programme of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.
Management Development Programmes (MDP)
Management Development Programmes of IIM Kozhikode are designed to provide working executives with state-of-art concepts and practices in management. They are designed with the objective of providing insights into managerial concepts and techniques relevant for formulating and implementing strategies in various functional areas. Participants gain an overall perspective for decision making by integrating functional and general management approaches.
Faculty Development Programmes (FDP)
IIMK has taken a major initiative for strengthening the country's intellectual infrastructure for management education and training, through the Faculty Development Programmes (FDP). The Faculty Development Programmes at IIMK focuses on:
- Enhancing functional area expertise
- Improving one's classroom delivery both as a teacher and trainer
- Enhancing abilities for conducting meaningful research
Admission in IIM Kozhikode
Admission to academic programs including PGP are based on CAT. After having qualified for CAT, candidates will be called for personal interview (PI) and writing ability test (WAT). A shortlist of candidates in each category will be created based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed based on the performance in CAT and Class XII and an academic diversity.
